The Ask:

Bai Boost wanted to speak to the female gamer demographics and was looking for ideas to do so.

Response:

A new video series was created, Boss Hobbies, where we tracked down professional women that loved to play video games in their free time. 

Assembling a diverse group of both guests and hosts, our episodes broke down how these individuals got in their positions, how games factor in their life, and what it means to be a leader in their field. 

WNBA and game streamer, Aerial Powers, joined us for our first episode. In episode two, we traveled to the set on Paramount+'s Halo TV series to speak with Kiki Wolfkill. And finally in the last episode we sat down with musician and producer TOKiMONSTA to learn more about her amazing career.

We built a dedicated website to host these episodes, and we also gave away themed prizes via a sweepstakes with every episode release. An Xbox Series X with our Kiki Wolfkill episode and a DJ set-up with our TOKiMONSTA episode, for example.
